Message I had a cracked one on my Z (when bought I presume), in order to get the car back running (after HG replacement) I put a little epoxy in the manifold (through the PCV hole) to fill the crack. It worked fine while I ran that manifold.

The correct way to do it would be to remove it and have it welded (or replaced). I didn't weld mine because I didn't have my TIG with me at the time.
