It looks like a tube that goes into the top of the EGR just below the PCV pipes. I think I removed that solenoid a few years back, when I did an AIV delete. The EGR pipes that go into the plenum are completely clogged, so should I just cap the vacuum line and move on? I can't remove the EGR anyway, and I'm not going to pull the engine or drop the transmission.
