Hey guys, new member here, but not new to wrenching. Im doing some repair on a 90 TT. The start of this was a oil leak from pass side exhaust v/c. That, as I quickly found out is a royal pita. So (trying to keep my 1st post from being a novel) Im going to pull the motor and trans and put a fresh clutch in it, dump the cats for a set of down pipes, and eliminate the H2O through the t-bodies. etc etc. 1st Q' is there any issues with getting rid of the egr with the stock ECU? Next, does someone have a nice fuel line reroute solution to this mess? Maybe with an after market fuel pressure reg. Or can a person with good fab skills and knowledge look into doing my own? And lastly, any recommendations (Brand )for some nice mandrel down pipes ? This car is no longer under the "stink laws" so Im clear to breath !
