Subject	Help! Dead car problem

Message	The headlights and dome light comes on. Also the security light flashes and the power seat works. But I can't get anything else. No radio ac windows lights on dash etc. Battery 100% charged. Fuses good. Replaced the ignition and accessory relay from the kick panel. I was reading and it looked like the fuse block by the battery was the next step?
