Subject	What the heck is this wire loop for?

Message	Hey guys, I was in the process of installing a 2 step launch controller in my car this weekend and noticed this wire loop coming from a wire harness that is located beside the relay block and directly behind the driver's side head light. What is the purpose of this wire loop? Also does anyone know where the wire originates and terminates? Thanks for looking!
