Message My 90TT runs rough and will not accelerate past about 2,500 RPM after start up some time. I live in the US, but drive like a Canadian because I will drive with my headlamps on during the day or night. I think, but I am not positive that my HID's is what is causing the issue. I work at a Ford dealership and I know that there was a TSB for the diesel trucks to wrap a part in an aluminum foil type shield to stop the radio frequency or something that a part was transmitting.

I tried wrapping both HID modules with some aluminum foil and so far so good. It has happened way less, but still happened the other day.

Anyone else have issue? Does not have to be HID related, but that has been my guess because turning on my headlamps seems to cause it. When it acts up, the only fix that I know is turn off the car, cross my fingers and hope it does not happen again.

Thank you.
