Message	ECU is almost certainly bad, the inability to run codes means it's in limp mode. The stock floorboard is wooden intentionally, to help absorb condensation if this happens. ZonaZ does sell heavier duty boards: [ http://stadzport.com/webstore/index.php?act=viewProd&productId=360 ] But the real problem is the clogged condensation drip tube. Just clean that thing out and you shouldn't have to worry about it for another 20 years, if ever.
