Message	I imagine that you have the pump belt tension set properly and the belt isn't slipping. Are you sure all the air is bleed out of the hoses and pump? Mine acted similar until I removed all of the air out of the system. Do you have any leaks? Also fluid level will dictate pump performance. You are probably already aware but our pumps doesn't use the standard power steering fluid they use ATF. Good luck!
