Message	My 91 2+2 experiences random bouts of heavy steering. First I had heavy steering all the time. I though I trouble shot it to the power steering control unit so I bought one off ebay and that did not solve it. My speedometer always worked but I went to a salvage yard and picked up a gauge cluster from a 94 NA. The 94 Speedometer (Yazaki) was completely dead so I followed DVDburn's instructions and fixed this speedometer. This got rid of most of the heavy steering. This set me on the path that heavy steering = speedometer issues. I still had intermittent heavy steering issues. I then followed DVDburn's instructions on the original 91 speedometer, Kanto Seiki, and replaced all the capacitors (except the 2uf, which I didn't have, but it tested good) and sucked all the solder off and took the coil off and put it back in the car. Again, this got rid of most of the heavy steering. It still gets heavy occasionally, and usually at a bad time, like parking. Do I need to try another PSC unit? Any help would be appreciated.
