It's normal to have a "film" of oil in the intercooler piping, it's from our PCV system, but if you have puddles of oil in there than that would be more of a concern. That's a lot of mileage on stock turbos and block, seems like you should run a compression check to see how healthy the motor is and go from there. If you can't run the car for more than 4 minutes than you have a SERIOUS leak and you should be able to find it pretty quickly.. Fill the system up and pressure test it to see where the leak is coming from. Also, I bet it's overdue for the 120k kit (should be your #1 priority). Welcome to the money pit.
