Message	back old style as a replacement? What do you mean torqued down the cap? Are you referring to the injector retainer cap? If the ohms changes after install there is probably an internal problem with that injector. Run the car till warmed up and check the resistance after cool down to see if the same and correct. If you are still using the old style in your 1990 they are problematic especially with E fuel. ZUL8TR in Orlando,FL
