Message I removed the old CAS drive pin like this:

Removed radiator, CAS, and driver's side timing cover and throttlebody air hose. Very carefully used a 4mm drill bit to drill a small hole as centered as possible on the old drive pin. Followed up with a 7/32 drill bit. Tapped the hole with m6x1.0 and used a long m6 bolt. Old drive pin came out very easily.

To put new one in, follow JWT instructions found at the end of this document: [ http://www.jimwolftechnology.com/wolfpdf/vg30dett_cas_coupling_misalignment.pdf ]
