My guess would be that the stock ecu maps don't have enough resolution to effectively tune with an injector that big. However, I know that the stock ecu can handle 1000cc injectors without too much issue. I've heard that 2000cc injectors are too big for the stock ecu. I don't know that anyone has tried 1300cc with the stock ecu. It might work OK or maybe not.
