| Although I don't have your the Greddy controller, I can at least explain the problem I had setting up my HKS last month. Obviously you have to tell the controller if you are internal or external wastegate. During initial setup, you have to tell the controller about that 6psi base boost. The controller will do NOTHING until it reaches that base boost. If you have base boost set at 10 psi, your controller isn't doing jack shit. I played with my HKS to figure out how it works using settings like .5 (base) and .8 psi(max) so I could blow in the tube(s) and figure out whats happening (using t-fittings). Looking at [ http://www.greddy.com/upload/file/PRofec_Bspec2.pdf ] it seems you have to set a base boost. Try blowing as the "source" boost (not the small hose that is basically reading pressure) and see if it allows air to pass through. If the answer is yes and your controller is not closing and it could be that initial base boost setting.
