Subject	Need ideas on how to reattach my spoiler.

Message	The front of it is coming off, it looks like the glue that was holding it down apart from the screws has failed. Should I completely remove and reinstall it? If so what kind of sealant should I use? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks!
