Subject	idle issues and no power

Message	Car hesitates to start and when it does start it runs rough. Right now the exhaust is not hooked up only Down pipes off turbos are on. Would this have anything to do with it? There is also no throttle response. After starting if I give it to much gas it trys to die. Tries to stall out when taking off unless I hold my foot to the floor and ride the clutch all the way out. I cleaned the coil distribution block connectors and the tps sensor. Any other suggestions on how to fix my problem? Thanks.
