If you are into your build this far, you should get the heads checked out by a machine shop. If you need to replace the valve seals you already have the cams, lifters, and valve springs off. I will give you my reasoning behind this, I did a "quick" rebuild with a new gasket kit, new piston rings (hone only) and bearings, and lapped the valves in. I didn't take it to a machine shop. About 10,000 kms later, cylinder 6 lost most of its compression due to a valve not seating properly. It was not bent, but the somehow it was leaking at the valve face and seat interface. Moral of the story, don't cheap out now. Take the heads to a machine shop to be checked out.
