Dremel method already done. I will swap injectors ( between cylinders), and see if problem happens in cylinder I moved injector to. I think I will make sure injector is within spec first. As far as grounding out, I put new pigtails with heat shrink tubing, and all appears intact. With engine rebuild, I guess wiring harness could have gotten damaged. Injectors are still within 12 month warranty, so if out of spec, I will exchange it. Could the CAS cause this problem? Mechanic said he pulled a CAS fault code but wasn't sure if code came before or after cylinder flooded ( chicken or the egg). I haven't had time to work on car today, but will try to look at it this weekend. Weather is nice, I should be driving it. Mechanic said o-rings and fuel rail were perfect. Any more help would be appreciated and I'll keep you updated. Thanks
