Message Love this forum, I'm a newbie. Recently had engine rebuild vg30dett(1990 TT) along with new deatschwerks injectors from COZ (370cc, new style). I also had 300 degree fuel rail installed. O2 sensors are new. Since getting my car back from mechanic, I have had my #1 cylinder flood when trying to start car. I then had to siphon fluid out of cylinder, and car would start. Out of the 50 times I have started the car, this has only happened twice. Mechanic is unsure of cause. Had code for O2 sensors, so new ones put in. Had fuel dump yesterday. What would cause this? After I got car started, idle was very eratic, but after driving a few miles it stabilized ( possible AAC going bad?) I am more worried about fuel dump than idle. Can someone please help me find the cause. I've got way too much money in this thing to be afraid every time I turn the key.
