| The Selin has 2 settings: ADD for a single pop program The ADD means it add the 2 signals together and sends the ECU the total voltage from both sides, this will only work with a single pop program. AVG for a dual pop program The AVG means the translator will add the 2 sides together, then it will send back the ECU the average of the 2 sides. This will only work with a dual pop program. Based on what he told us, he has a dual pop chip, in order to have the results he is getting, it has to be in the in-correct single pop setting that is ADD. The only correct setting for his dual pop chip is the AVG setting.
