Subject	Eprom swap problem

Message	I just swapped a new CZP eprom into my ECM. (It was originally modified by Ash) Now when I start the car, it's idling extremely rough. Smoking, shaking etc.. I checked the timing manually and with my Blazt program and it's at 30?? Nothing was touched prior to the chip install. I double checked the chip notch was facing the right direction when I installed it, and rechecked the plug to the ECM for proper seating.. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? Help!
