Thanks for the input! My exhaust is tight, no leaks at all. All the injectors are new, no codes, EGR valve and tubes are still in place,, but i removed and capped the solenoid and EGR port. I even tried messing with the air/fuel mixture with BLAZT software and my laptop in the car. I managed to get the CO way down, but still over 400 on the HC. I'm feeling pretty sure that without pre-cats and only high flow main cats that i'm not going to pass
