Subject	Should CAS get super hot?

Message	My CAS gets so hot to the point I can't touch it for more than half a second. Is this normal or is my CAS bad? It is only a year old. Diagnosing a problem where car randomly does and doesn't want to start but will randomly be able to start after a while without doing anything to it. It's not fuel pump, regulator, or FPCU.
