Message So I'm still learning all about tuning and building cars. I recently finished a TT conversion/ build project that has taken me ~6 years.

Motor had 164 miles ran beautifully then developed a chirp found a failed new t belt pulley. Also found that the timing was off a tooth (between the 2 intake cams) replaced the PE SS belt with an OE with marks. After that was fixed I drove a couple miles then installed my fuel pressure gauge. The fuel pressure was at 85psi at idle! (that explained the noisy fuel pump). Replaced the new (failed?) Nissan regulator with an adjustable Aeromotive regulator. Fuel pressure is now good. I originally set it at 35psi with no vacuum but bumped it up to 45psi with vacuum at idle. The car runs lean. I changed the fuel injector K value using my Zemulator to compensate but it seemed to have no change under boost/load.

I have a stock TT Federal Manual map loaded.

The k value was at 290 and ran perfect with timing off and 85psi fuel pressure. Now with the lowered pressure the car runs lean.

I adjusted the k value up and down since I really have no idea what I'm doing and haven't dared to touch the actual maps.

K value at 200 made the car very lean at idle.
k value at 345 made the car rich at idle.
The cruise ratio and under load seemed to have little if no effect between the changes.

Attached are 2 data logs, the first data log is a 3/4ish throttle from 1st to 3rd or 4th gear. The 2nd is just a light throttle in 1st and 2nd gear.
