Message Yes the fuel pressure should be around 43.5 minus whatever your vacuum reading is, so around 35 is normal at idle.

Other than a bad FPR, or stuffy/crimped return line I really don't understand what could be going on. The only other thing I could imagine is that your fuel pump is pushing so much fuel that the stock FPR is struggling to maintain lower pressure, but even that just seems unlikely to me.

What is your vacuum reading at idle, and have you done a fuel pressure test to see what it is as your vacuum/boost increases? Does it increase on a 1:1 ratio?
