Message	Are you trying to start it without pushing the pedal at all? Flooding doesn't happen on FI. Need some more details on what it is doing when you try to start it. Initially, I would say, check all your typical maintenance type things. E.G. spark, timing, etc. Then start to narrow down things. From your comments, maybe your IACV needs cleaned.
