| I am having some fuel delivery issues that may or may not be related. #1 When I drive my Z on hot days, I get this sound that comes from behind the driver's side rear tire, it sounds almost like a buzzing, but I suspect that it has something to do with the fuel lines because the sound continues after the car is off and will stop if I open the fuel cap and vent the pressure. #2 After driving I can park and if I try to restart after a few minutes it will start, but if I wait over an hour it has a hard time starting and I have to put the pedal to the floor to get it to start. But if I wait 7-8 hours (typical working day) it fires up with no problems. I suspect problem #1 has to do with a loose clamp on a hose that goes to the CC or something, but I have just not gotten under the car to verify. I don't know where to start troubleshooting problem #2. With an old carbureted motor I would say that the engine is flooding, but can that happen with FI and why does the timing matter?
