Subject	Fuel Pump relay cycling on and off...any ideas why?

Message	Started the Z for the first time since Feb, it developed a new problem. It started right up, but then then immediately flatlined, them caught itself, then infinitely repeated the cycle. I found that the fuel pump relay is actually cycling on and off in a perfectly consistent time cycle with just the key on, not running. Any thoughts where to start looking?
