Message	and are difficult to use as diagnostic tool. That being said, the fact that there is a rough idle that smooths out, a difference in EGT temps on the passanger side cylinder bank and you just installed 740s. I would be double checking your injector installation i.e. a pinched o-ring. You could have a small leak that is puddling fuel when the car is off and idles rough until the extra fuel is burned off. Did you get the ECU tuned for the 740s?
