Message and not let the "if I'm doing this might as well do..." mentality. That mentality is why it took me 3 years to rebuild my engine and get my Z running again. My original plan was to just pull the engine clean up the engine bay, do a timing belt job and fix leaks. Ended up seeing oil in the exhaust ports, decided to pull the heads to have the valve stems replaced and put new head gaskets on. Then the whole, if I am here might as well rebuild the bottom end mentality kicked in, and that's what a lot of people said on TT.net too, which end up with the crankshaft on the floor of my garage and a "oh shit what did I just do" from me.

I have nightmares about that happening...I'd be the poor bastard you'd hear about on the news that gets killed by a softball-size chunk while spreading out my body over the hood and screaming "Nooo!" (Having a conversation about hail damage) - BradZ (FL) on March 25, 2005 at 9:56 PM

Tell your friend that you could take a dump, light it on fire and that would be hotter shit than his car. Probes suck, that's just all there is to it. - 300ZXpert (someday) on April 04, 2005 at 11:35 PM
