So yesterday was about 85* F and while driving up a hill I had to slow down to clear a speed bump. Right as I went over the speed bump my stock temperature needle (I do not have any other means to check the temp.) started slowly climbing. It never hit the H mark but it went 3/4 up. At this point I was at my destination and I just shut the Z off. I am curious why that happened and how can I avoid it happening again? I am paranoid if it has been running hot for awhile and it just recently got out of the range for the stock temp gauge to actually show a temp. rise. The car has fresh Prestone coolant. Nissan OEM automatic radiator with a brand new Nissan radiator cap. Nissan OEM water pump with less than 5k miles on it. New Nissan OEM thermostat with less than 5k on it. I am running an HI water pump pulley. OEM belt driven fan. Brand new fan and fan belt. Have the stock radiator shroud installed. The system is completely pressurized with no leaks and I am not loosing coolant. All the radiator hoses are brand new silicon hoses. All the small coolant hoses feeding the turbos are brand new. Coolant is green and does not look milky. I am a little surprised I would actually have any cooling issues. Everything seems to be in order and working. I know there are other Z32 owners in hotter climates running stock radiators without any heating issues. I would really like to avoid running aftermarket radiators because of : 1) fitment issues 2) There are no aftermarket radiators for AT and would require me installing a new oil cooler for the transmission. Any advice or tips on what to check? I just ordered a
