Left foot on clutch, right toes on brake, right heel on gas. Rev the throttle to launch rpm, while depressing the brakes as hard as possible to keep from doing a burnout and slowly engage the clutch until you feel it grab. This should provide load on the engine to spool the turbos and keep your tires from doing a burnout. I believe this is what modern launch controllers do anyway just automate it to make things easier. I do this at the drag strip myself and it seems to work (builds to 6psi, but I stage early to give myself some time). dont know how damaging it is to the powertrain/ brakes but if youre drag racing you probably are putting stress on those components anyway.
