So I rebuilt the Power Steering Rack by replacing all the seals..I got the rack mounted back up minus the inner and outer tie rods...now when I add ATF to the power steering reservoir to bleed it per the way the FSM states to, fluid comes pouring out one side of the rack or the other when I turn the steering wheel far right or left!..I'm assuming the 2 rubber inner seals are not seating correctly where they should and are sticking to the rack itself and moving with it or something. If this is the case, how can you avoid that happening and keep the seals in place when turning the steering wheel while bleeding??...Any ideas or help to get this fixed please???? (note: The seals are facing the correct way...flat sides facing the inside)
