Start with the ball joints on the steering arms, inside and outside locations. Check also the mounting points of the steering rack. Then the ball joints under the knuckles, the lower control arm bushing and the King Pin bearings. Finally look at the radius rod bushings and upper control arm. One oe more of those is loose.
On ocassion a steering vibration can be caused by a bent out-of-round wheel or a mismanufactured wheel that was heavily balanced with weights that have come off and perhaps some others. Correcting suspension looseness is usually the cure.
