Subject	Tool for disconnecting dash connectors?

Message	I have a hard time separating the electrical connectors in the dashboard. Pressing hard in the middle and pulling at the same should work, but I find it very hard. Is there a tool on the market that makes this easier? What do Nissan dealers use? I rather spend a few bucks on a tool than ruining the mylar.
