Message	that leads down to the overflow tank. It is there to allow extra fluid to flow out, if need be. When I first got my Z, my reservoir was bone dry, so I put some in it, and noticed some had dripped down. Took the stupid thing out to realize there was intentionally a hole in the neck (that will leak some if you dump coolant into it), did my research, and its there for overflow of the overflow tank.
