Message	I had a similar problem. speedo only worked when going above 45, and when it started cutting out, the steering got hard, hicas light came on. pulled the codes, and code said it was speed sensor. Took it to the dealership for repair, they first said it wasnt the speed sensor, but a module on the speedo. they replaced that, still didnt work. then they said it was the entire cluster motherboard. they replaced that, still didnt work. Finally i told them to recheck the speed sensor. bingo! speed sensor fixed the problem. hope that helps!
