My nissan 94 NA auto tranny has been having some issues lately. After warm up, it will shift from 1st into 2nd fine. When it gets to between 2500 and 5500 rpm in second gear, it revs out where 3rd gear should be and never catches 3rd. If I turn the overdrive off, it won't even shift into 2nd from 1st, it just also revs out. While cruising and putting the car in D the car acts like it shifts all the way into 3rd and 4th but they still won't catch. When I hit the gas and am supposedly in third, the car revs all the way up to wherever 2nd would be engaged and then hits second. It revs like it's in neutral until between 2500 and 5500 rpm and catches second somewhere in there depending on my speed. Also when I am cruising in D with overdrive on, after I take overdrive off you can feel the car downshift out of overdrive into 3rd but the gear still doesn't exist for any power. Just changed the fluid and filter. No change. Did tranny diagnostic, all lights flash the same no electrical problems. Replaced the TCU next to the ECU and no change. Please help as my next step is to spend hundreds on a tranny and torque converter and have someone else replace it. Believe me i'd love to do the swap but at this point it's not feasible. Thanks
