ok so i have a 96 300zx twin turbo 5 speed. i rebuilt the motor and realized i couldn't tune the car for the hp i wanted, so i bought a new 95 efi harness and installed it and used it with a haltech ecu. when i needed to plug everything i noticed the coolant temp sensor plug is different and the TPS as well so i bought a 95 coolant temp and swapped it out. the next problem was the TPS the 96 throttle body is different for the old models. so i took that 96 throttle body out with its tps sensor on it and swapped it with a 93 throttle body. got a base tune for my car from harry Z tuner great guy helped me with everything. the car does run good. i will be taking it to him for a full tune as soon as i get money saved up. not to mention tho after the swap my abs, hicas light came on and also my air bag light flashes and my fuel pump is stuck on high mode, you can kinda hear it. any ideas why the abs light, hicas and air bag lights are on?.
