| There is a FAQ here on TT.net written by Guapo on how to prime the pump with a shop vac. However, with my engine rebuild, I simply cranked the engine a few times and the oil pump built pressure and then I started the engine. It built up oil pressure almost instantly. This topic has been covered a lot, search and you will get some good answers.
