Message	You can remove the PS belt and not have any power steering, but a Z is not very light in the front end. . . sucks to drive without PS. Also I would make sure it is just the PS pump and not any other steering parts wearing out. (Knocks?)-> Make sure to check PS fluid level, inner and outer tie rods, steering knuckle, PS bushings. There is also a sensor near the steering knuckle that can fail.
