Message	I took off the hatch panels and don't see anything wrong there. I think the problem is behind the driver's seat. I think there is a mechanism that directs the release action to the fuel-door, but that doesn't seem to work. Do I need to take off the panel behind the driver's seat in order to get to the mechanism. I took some of the other interior panels off and can't seem to figure out how to get to the fuel-door mechanism.
