Message	usually those 2 together indicates a stuck open thermo providing your heater core isn't clogged. hot antifreeze traveling thru your heater core is what gives you heat, but if your thermo is stuck open the coolant isn't sitting in your engine long enough to get as hot as it needs to. or even more simple your coolant is rather low, but im sure you've already checked that, good luck 1
