Message	Off the balance tube, run a vacuum tube with a T. On one side of the T have the vacuum hose go down a bit, and left open. This will create a vacuum leak, which will lean you out, which should allow you to pass. Lots of people have done it. I passed emissions first try with that and I have high flow cats.
