To recap what you've done: You've switched out sensor, switched out ECU, yet still no o2 reading. Positive you've got continuity on both harness wiring from each O2? Regarding the car running fine if you hold throttle... the only time I've experienced those symptoms was when I had the plenum gasket not being properly seated after I pulled the plenum. This created a large vacuum leak. I had to pull the plenum again and replace and reposition the gasket and the problem was solved. Maybe you've got an air leak some place that somehow is affecting the O2 readings?
