I've run into this often

:That being said, a quality rebuilt should last as long, if not longer than, OEM builds (which typically aim for 300k on hard-wear components if I recall correctly)

depends on the intended use, but otherwise I agree. a stock rebuild at stock power levels should last every bit as long as an OEM build.

FWIW, my build has 55k miles on it, and my worst cylinder has 5% leak-down (cylinder #6) All the others were 2-3%
