Message After installing the HICAS eliminator I had the car was aligned. At that time the tech told me that the passenger side rear wheel was sitting inboard about a 1/16 of an inch. I just put 285/35/18 tires on the rear and now it is more noticeable.

It might be hard to tell from the pictures but the passenger side rear tire is closer to the top of the rear fender well and also set closer inside. The fenders should be stock and not pulled/rolled or damaged. It appears that the upper link mount might have moved inward and upward, possibly after an impact. I can see that the upper link mount has come in contact with the frame rail at some point recently (the surface on top of the upper link mount was showing rubbing between the two) and it doesn't seem like that should be happening. At this point, I am planning to take it to an alignment shop and have them pull the upper link mount outwards to correct the issue.

Long story short, does the passenger side upper link mount look out of position? Do you think I am on the right track right track with the upper link mount being bent or are there some additional measurements that should be made?

Driver's Side, take a look at the top of the tire in relation to the fender well.

Pass Side, the tire is sets inside and closer to the very top of the fender.

Upper link mount Passenger's Side - The gap here appears to show that the upper link mount is closer inside and up, compared to the driver's side.
