Message	Bad gas cap. It was the fuel dampener afterall. After assembling the front end and the rest of the top it fired right up and purred like a kitten. I did change the oil and filter and left the drain plug off and continued to pour oil in the motor. So far so good thanks Cow and Alan for the help.
