Power balance test. You disconnect each coil pack connector one and a time and listen to see if the engine idle stays the same or changes. Dont forget to reconnect and move on to the next if it passes the test. Its good if it changes because that cylinder was firing. If not then that particular cylinder was the culprit. After that its alot easier to diagnose the underlying issue. For example corroded wiring to that cylinder at either the injector or coilpack is a common one.
