Message	PB blaster on them, dose them good overnight and then remove them. Sometimes they are so frozen, the large nut that holds the actual sensor comes off and sometimes its just a nightmare. Push comes to shove just remove the precats and remove them from the Z. It might save you some time and aggravations. Been there done that many times.
